The overall experience I had with Santamonica was excellent right from the selection of course till the completion of VISA issuance. The guidance offered to me was helpful in making the right choice of course based on my profile. I was able to get in touch with the concerned person in SM over phone rather than making multiple visits to SM office and also has helped me to start working on the admission procedure even while I was working at Coimbatore. Also I thank Ms. Malini and Ms. Femy for the support and assistance provided so far. I would like to suggest that it will be better to provide a contact person in NZ for future assistance rather than just accommodation process which will increase the confidence of the students on arrival and also a direct contact member of any counselor during VISA processing to contact after office hours will be good if there is an emergency.
